You can access an interpreting session via our secured website in just a few minutes, or you can choose to book a session at a time that is convenient to you.
Simply create your account, choose your language and book your session for now or later. Options include e-chats, online calls and face to face interpreting.
With XPatLanguageSolutions, you no longer need to book a session and pay by the hour, even if you only needed 30 minutes. Simply book your session and we start charging you when you connect with the interpreter, and stop charging you when your session is over. You are only charged for the minutes you spend and receive a detailed invoice.

Our Interpreters are all fully qualified and experienced. They respect strict confidentiality rules.
Your interpreter will never :

Face to face interpreting

When you need a little more support than an e-chat can provide,
for instance when you have an appointment with a solicitor,
a manager, a vet or a GP, we offer traditional interpreting services.
Your interpreter will meet with you and help you through any translation situation that may arise.
Book your interpreter as normal through our website and your interpreter will be in contact immediately
to discuss the assignment and arrange the time and place of the meeting.
