- You will be required to provide your personal details at registration.
- After uploading your personal details please enter your preferred payment option (debit or credit card details).
- After registration, we will send you your login details for confirmation in an email.
- After confirmation, you can log into your personal account page and have unlimited access to our services.
- Choose the service you need, whether it is an e-chat or a call with an interpreter.
- If you choose our e-chat or online call service, connecting with an interpreter is simple: After you have registered or logged in, select a language and the first available interpreter in this language will be in contact with you. *Please note that if you select the wrong language, you will still be billed based on the minutes you have used.
- For e-chats and online calls, you will be billed according to the number of minutes you have used. Time starts from the moment you are connected with the interpreter. We will email you an invoice for your records that will indicate the amount of time spent with the interpreter. For face-to-face interpreting sessions, you will be charged by the hour as these sessions work in the traditional manner which requires for the interpreter to travel.

You can access an interpreting session via our secured website in just a few minutes, or you can choose to book a session at a time that is convenient to you.
Simply create your account, choose your language and book your session for now or later. Options include e-chats, online calls and face to face interpreting.
With XPatLanguageSolutions, you no longer need to book a session and pay by the hour, even if you only needed 30 minutes. Simply book your session and we start charging you when you connect with the interpreter, and stop charging you when your session is over. You are only charged for the minutes you spend and receive a detailed invoice.

Our Interpreters are all fully qualified and experienced. They respect strict confidentiality rules.
Your interpreter will never :
– Keep any record of your details in line with the GDPR legislation on data protection. – Give you advice. – Give you their private contact details. – Interpreters are not advocates and are not allowed to influence your decision making. – Ask you to contact them directly outside of their working remit.
